Our products have been developed exclusively for industrial and commercial use. Installation and operation must be carried out by trained personnel. Sale to or use by private individuals is expressly not permitted.

The single licence may only be used with one PC or virtual machine. The single licence includes one to five PLC connections, depending on the licence type. If you want to connect more controllers, you can optionally purchase additional connections.

Payment is only possible in euros. The invoice amount can be paid purely net within 21 calendar days. Please refer to the invoice for our bank details. For deliveries outside the EU or EFTA, the software will only be delivered after receipt of payment. All prices listed are exclusive of value added tax. With the confirmation of this form, the order of the software is a binding contractual offer. Acceptance can be declared either in writing (e.g. by order confirmation) or by delivery of the goods to the buyer. We retain title to the delivered goods until full payment of all claims under the contract existing at the time of delivery. The buyer is obliged to store the goods owned by us with commercial care and to insure them sufficiently. We are entitled to take back the purchased goods if the buyer behaves in breach of contract.
