Please note:
Printing as a Windows service: If you operate DataSuite as a Windows service, make sure that the service has the necessary rights to use the printer, otherwise print jobs will not be executed!

1 | Excel file | Select the file you want to print: Internal file: Here you can select a file that is already being used in the DataSuite and has, for example, previously been written to by another trigger. File system: With this option you can select any file from the file system of your computer. |
1 | Grid lines | If you activate this option, the lines (rows/columns) of the Excel file are also displayed in the PDF. This affects the lines that are always visible in Excel. Own formatting (frames for individual cells) are always transferred to the PDF. |
2 | Layout and scaling | Here you can specify how the PDF file should look. You have the following options: Automatic One spreadsheet per page All columns on one page All lines on one page No scaling |
3 | Colour print | Select whether to print the file in colour. |
4 | Alignment | Select the alignment. You have the following options: Portrait format Landscape format |
1 | Printer | Select the printer you want to print from. |
2 | Paper source | Select the paper source. This option is only displayed if the printer offers multiple paper sources. |
3 | Number of copies | Enter the number of copies you want to print (Between 1 and 99). |
4 | Printing on both sides | Select the desired option here, whether you want to print on one side or both sides. |
5 | Paper size | Select your paper size here. If the desired size is not available, you can select the option “Other paper size” and enter the dimensions in millimetres yourself. |
