Description | This action allows you to convert an Excel file (XLSX, XLSM or CSV) into a PDF. |
Required licence | PDF Feature |

1 | Excel file | Select the file you want to convert: Internal file: Here you can select a file that is already being used in the DataSuite and has, for example, previously been written to by another trigger. File system: With this option you can select any file from the file system of your computer. |
1 | PDF file name | You can customise the file name and path of the PDF file. If you do not activate this option, the PDF file is stored in the same directory as the Excel file. The file name is then also identical to the Excel file (only the file extension is changed to . pdf). |
1 | Grid lines | If you activate this option, the lines (rows/columns) of the Excel file are also displayed in the PDF. This affects the lines that are always visible in Excel. Own formatting (frames for individual cells) are always transferred to the PDF. |
2 | Layout and scaling | Here you can specify how the PDF file should look. You have the following options: Automatic One spreadsheet per page All columns on one page All lines on one page No scaling |
