Go to “PLCs”. There you will find the [MB] simulator for testing. If you want to set up a real PLC connection, you can do this via the “Create new PLC” button in one of the groups.

The DataSuite supports Siemens Put/Get and OPC-UA. If you are using a Siemens device with OPC-UA server, there is an additional option that makes it easier to find and import data blocks.

Variables can be imported from Tia Portal (Variables). Two test data modules are already created. If a real PLC is used, the modules should be adapted or deleted.
