In order to be able to help you as quickly as possible, we ask you to create a Support Package. Support Packages contain all relevant information to reproduce the problem (system information, settings, licence information and log).
To create a Support Package, open the Support entry in the menu on the left and click on the Create Support Package button.


Please fill in your contact details and describe your problem. You can then either save the Support Package locally and then send it to and by e-mail, for example, or upload it directly to our server.
